Shipping Policy
Order Processing
In most cases, orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment being received. In individual cases, processing may take up to 4 business days. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are processed from the next business day onward.
Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 6 to 8 business days. In some cases, delivery may take up to 12 business days. Delivery times may be affected by busy periods, bank holidays, delays with the courier, or other logistical circumstances outside our direct control.
Your order will arrive no later than 30 days after the contract is formed. If delivery takes longer than this, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

We deliver to United Kingdom addresses only.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. There is no minimum order value.
Shipping from Abroad and Import Charges
Some of our products are shipped from outside the United Kingdom. Import VAT and, where applicable, customs duties may apply on delivery, and the courier may also charge handling fees. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are separate from the shipping costs we advertise.
Delivery Address
Please check that your delivery address is correct before completing checkout. If an order has to be resent because of incorrect details, the cost is the customer's responsibility. Once an order has been processed, it is often not possible to change the address.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking email with a tracking number and link. Please check your spam folder. If you cannot find the email, contact us at info@gracewindsor.uk.
Delayed Orders
If your order has not been delivered within 12 business days, please contact us so that we can investigate with the courier and find a solution.
Lost Parcels
If your shipment is lost in transit, we will send you a free replacement or refund the full purchase price.
Special Occasions
Although we do our best, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.
