Returns and Complaints
Before returning an item, please contact us by email so we can give you the correct return address and instructions. We do not accept unannounced returns sent to the address on the parcel. For more information, please see our Returns & Refund Policy.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Received a faulty or damaged item? Send us a photo as proof at info@gracewindsor.uk, and we'll send you a replacement free of charge, with no return required.
